I copied this back ground to my blog, but only the bird head shows and it doesn't move with the page?

Becca, I looked at your blog and the background looks okay to me. If it is not displaying correctly it could be something to do with your computer monitor's settings. Try cntrl+mouse scroll to make the page bigger and smaller. Also, the backgrounds are stagnant, they do not move up and down when scrolling up and down.
